Three times a year, members of the Guild meet at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Buffalo Grove for a weekend of sewing, inspiration, guidance, laughing, eating and a whole lot of fun! Sleeping is optional. The weekend is designed to allow members to finish existing projects or start new ones. Special projects are usually not planned as part of the event, unless the people within the group decide to do so beforehand. You can bring along something that you are having difficulty finishing or for which you are in need of help. Bring supplies you need for your projects. Each person has her own table.

The rate per night is approximately $90.00 plus tax for double occupancy of a sleeping room. There will be an added charge for each additional person (maximum four to a room). The cost includes a full breakfast in the morning. There is also a one-time charge of $55 per person for our meeting room. Overnight accommodations are part of the program and will allow us to achieve the full benefit and camaraderie that this type of retreat has to offer. Non-members/guests are welcome, based on availability.
